RIP Sammy, our Schipperke. We lost him last Thanksgiving but I couldn't help but include this sleeping picture.My dad and ali also have two kitties but they're apparently camera shy.
Recently my mom and stepdad have begun their retirement nomadic lifestyle. They will be hopping between Tahoe, Hawaii, and the Bay Area indefinitely and they aren't allowed to bring dogs in and out of the islands. So SADLY they found two wonderful new homes for our dear Darla and Maddie. The girls are doing great; Maddie is in San Francisco with an elderly couple who take her to the beach while Darla is still in Walnut Creek with a couple who absolutely adore her. I miss them already :(
In the future--you know, that time when Dan and I have great jobs, steady incomes, own a home, maybe have a kid, and oh wait...are married!--we want the following lovelies to join our home. We may or may not have a working list of names for our future pets.
We just love the Mini Aussies.
